Social Media For Business Event
Furness Enterprise and the Evening Mail are organising a special half day conference in Barrow to showcase the best ways for businesses to use social media like Facebook and Twitter.
It’s taking place at Waterside House in Barrow, from 1pm on Friday 1 July.
If you’ve already taken your first steps in Facebook and Twitter, you’re invited to come along and share your experience with those businesses that have already reaped the rewards of a successful social media strategy.
The sessions will include:
- An overview and practical information on making the most from social media.
- Tips for Facebook pages and live demo of how to set up and use specific Facebook tools.
- Legal dos and don’ts surrounding social media.
- A question and answer sesion with a panel of industry experts.
There will also be an opportunity to network and discuss social media with “digital champions” — local businesses who have already made a success of social media.
