Aims & Objectives
The purpose of this workshop is to enable you to project yourself very well over the telephone, in a friendly, professional, effective and confident manner.
The day is aimed at both experienced and inexperienced staff who use the phone and who want to raise their standards.
Having a strong emphasis on customer care, the day will be a mixture of theory, practical exercises and discussion.

- Guidelines for excellent telephone behaviour
- Sounding friendly
- Handling complaints
- Taking messages
- Guidelines for effective communication
The course will be presented by Marylou Booth from Training Works, who has been described as having a “particular skill in relaxing delegates and making sure they enjoy the process, but most importantly she is an excellent trainer!”
