Aim
To enable delegates to write letters and emails in a way that represents them and their organizations professionally.
Objectives:
Are you absolutely comfortable with punctuation, grammar, layout, written tone and paragraphing so that you are expressing yourself very well in writing?
Do you feel that every letter and email represents you and your department really professionally?
If you have got gaps, need a refresher or want to be brought up to date with best practice then you will find this day really useful.

The course will be presented by Marylou Booth from Training Works, who has been described as having a “particular skill in relaxing delegates and making sure they enjoy the process, but most importantly she is an excellent trainer!”
