Graduate Work Experience Placements 2009/10
Signal Films are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for emerging digital media talent.
A four to six week work experience placement is available to three people who graduated from college or university in the past 2 years and are from the North West.
Each trainee will receive a training bursary of between £500 and £750, with placements running from September 2009 to March 2010 in Barrow-in-Furness.
Trainees will have the chance to kick start their career in the media industry and will be provided with hands on experience in their chosen media specialism. Successful applicants will work within Signal Films, alongside media professionals, gaining experience and networking opportunities that are invaluable within this industry. We will work with trainees to devise a programme targeting their specific interests to enable them to gain knowledge most valuable to them.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about film and digital media, and are interested in pursuing it as a career. Applicants need to be dedicated, enthusiastic and committed, and to be able to work with us full time for four to six weeks.
* Trainees must be from the North West, have graduated from college or university in the past 2 years and have a strong interest in media as their career
* Trainees need to be able to completely commit to the time period of their placement and will be expected to work flexible hours.
* Trainees must be aged between 20 and 30 yrs.
* Trainees will receive a training bursary of between £500 and £750
